Dr. Bengali - Hypnotist

Dr. Bengali's show is one of the most amazing and amusing hypnotism
shows in the country. Audience participation will be absolutely
necessary. Some audience members will be hypnotized, while others
will get the opportunity to aid Dr. Bengali in convincing his subjects
that what he tells them is true. For the more academic among you, Dr.
Bengali will also demonstrate self-hypnosis techniques designed to aid
in relaxation, concentration or overall well-being.

The Ford/MIT Nobel Laureate Lecture Series presents:
Prof. Charles Townes - "The Black Hole at the Center of our Galaxy"
Monday April 23, 7pm in 10-250

Prof. Townes was awarded a Noble Prize in Physics in 1964. He will be
speaking about black holes in general, but will specifically focus on
the effects and implications of the existence of a black hole in our
own galaxy.
This lecture is free and open to the public.

Arthur Ganson - Artist

Arthur Ganson is a visiting artis whose current display of robotic art at the
MIT Museum is nothing short of spectacular. Mr. Ganson is a very talented
artist and a tremendous speaker who would like to share his visions with the
MIT community.
