You may enjoy this film if you liked Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho.

Six String Samurai is an independent film from Jeffrey Falcon which is sure to become a cult favorite. Buddy (Falcon) is a rock musician/martial arts master in a post-apocalyptic world. The King of Las Vegas, Elvis Presley, has died, and Buddy is travelling there to claim the throne. Along the way, he is hindered by cannabalistic suburbanites, the Russian army,the personification of Death, and an annoying little kid who insists on tagging along, to name a few. Through the use of symbolism, Six String Samurai tells an opinionated tale about the state of popular music in the 20th century.

His father (played by Nigel Hawthorne) risks the family's fortune and reputation to prove his son's innocence. The strength of this film is in its dialogue, and in the clever interaction of its characters.

The team is led by Mr. Furious (Ben Stiller), who is empowered by his rage, The Shoveller (William H. Macy), who shovels very well, and The Blue Raja (Hank Azaria), who throws forks. Mystery Men is a hilarious comedy about the comic-book hero in all of us. Also starring Janeane Garofalo, Paul Reubens, Wes Studi, and Kell Mitchell.

A faux documentary about a beauty pageant in a small Minnesota town, Drop Dead Gorgeous is a brilliant, if insensitive, comedy. When contestants start dying, strong contender Amber Atkins (Kirsten Dunst) begins to fear for her safety, and suspect fellow contestant Becky Leeman (Denise Richards) and her mother, pagent organizer Gladys Leeman (Kirstie Alley), of foul play. You will enjoy this film if you liked Fargo, There's Something About Mary, the Austin Powers movies, and Prairie Home Companion.
