Jackie Brown (1997)

Jackie Brown (Pam Grier) is a flight attendant who uses her job to
smuggle cash into the U.S. for international gun dealer Ordell Robbie
(Samuel L. Jackson). Given the choice between going to prison or
helping the authorities catch Ordell, she reluctantly chooses the latter.
Jackie then contrives a plan to feign cooperation with both sides and
still take the $500,000 reward. With half a million dollars in the air,
others in Ordell's gang (Robert De Niro, Bridget Fonda) have hidden agendas
as well. Written and directed by Quentin Tarantino, and based on Elmore
Leonard's 1995 novel Rum Punch.
