Brilliant German scientist Dr. Strangelove (Peter Sellers) proposes ways to save the most important individuals despite the massive deaths, while British officer Lionel Mandrake (Peter Sellers) tries to convince Ripper that he's wrong about "the international Communist conspiracy to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily fluids."
